when i first got wind of this i googled it. while i did find prolific postings about why it couldn't work or wouldn't work i could find not one single instance of anyone who ACTUALLY TRIED it. so i put it to my yahoo group
groups.yahoo.com/group/sch...versionuts ( 2700 members) which is the original ( first) and largest internet skoolie group. as it turns out it has worked for at least one of my members and another is testing it now with a recent traffic ticket. so ir-regardless of what the potentates say it may very well be true. it may just be suppressed info. i can see NO reason to not try it if you get a ticket. if you do try it let people know either way.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU GET A TRAFFIC TICKET:
This advice was sent by a retired State Farm agent! This system has been tried and it works in every state.
If you get a speeding ticket or went through a red light, or
whatever the case may be, you're going to get points on your
license and a surcharge on your auto insurance. This is a method to insure that you DO NOT get the points.
When you get your fine, send in a check to pay for it. If the fine is $79.00 make the check out for $82.00, some small amount over the fine. The system will then have to send you back a check for the difference. However, here is the trick: DO NOT CASH THE REFUND CHECK! Throw it away!
Points are not assessed to your license until all Financial
Transactions are complete. If you do not cash the check, then the transactions are NOT complete. The system! has received its money and is satisfied and will no longer bother you.
This information comes from an unmentionable computer company that sets up the standard databases used by every state.
Send this to everyone you know. You never know when they may need a break.

Sun, April 22, 2007 - 10:02 AMBest way not to get a traffic ticket is to obey the laws. That to me seems more simple but I might be wrong. -

Tue, May 15, 2007 - 4:25 PMYou're right Steve, there is no Justice. We don't have a Justice system, we have a legal system and the people in charge are jaded hard asses who don't give a shit about the everyman. If they ever were an everyman they are so far removed from it now they don't remember what's its like to be one.
First rule of revolutions: Start by killing all the lawyers.
Collary to the first rule: Judges are just lawyers who got themselves elected to the position.
(before anyone flames me let me say, I'm can't advocate murder)
