I was doing yet another of my web searches and found the "tribe" . I converted an 83 Chevy bluebird with an 8.2 Detroit diesel and Allison 4 speed auto tranny. The conversion project took about 3 months all together and I have had it out camping 4 times last year and everything works fine.
